The mature fruity olive oil 200 ml
Inspired by Rio, our mascot, its beige bottle expresses softness, light, and tenderness. On the glass, our family's imprints remind us of our origins. Inside, an organic extra virgin olive oil, obtained by cold pressing from olives picked at full ripeness in Calabria. Its profile is soft, floral, very slightly bitter, making it the easiest oil to love in our range. It accompanies salads, fish, fresh pasta, and gentle cooking equally well, and can even be used in a yogurt cake instead of butter.
The pistachio spread 40%
It's our best-seller, and there's a reason for that. Made with 40% pistachios and no palm oil, it offers a silky texture and an intense dry fruit flavor, far from overly sweet industrial versions. On a morning toast, in yogurt, between two layers of sponge cake, or on a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it transforms any dessert into a vacation memory.
The bergamot spread 40%
Gold medalist at the Épicures 2024, it is made in Calabria from the bergamot that is the pride of our region. Sweet, creamy, carried by the citrus scent, it brings the fresh note that perfectly balances the indulgence of the pistachio. The two jars complement each other, one round and generous, the other lively and fragrant.

Origin and storage
